#postit #fiddleyards Whitesands Quays fiddle yard is a little different to most - though a lot of narrow gauge friends have built these. A manual turntable allows you to turn a train without touching the stock, unless you need to, and works really well for small layouts. It's powered by a push button only to the track lined up with the throat. I have put a couple of bits of stock on here to show the size but normally during operating it would be full. Handy shelf at the back for more stock or tools or beverage and that is the side that faces the public when this finally gets exhibited - stops overexcited hands getting in!
