In answer to Josh, they are an art pen with a higher pigment loading that gives a truer colour than something like a felt tip pen. I found using a felt tip to touch in the folded edges of card left a dark line due to a different solvent/colour system. Poscas come in a wide range of colours and tip widths from 1mm to 15mm.
