For today’s #postittheme #greatwestern it has to be one of my favourite jobs over the years. 1501 had paintwork like glass when we’d finished and a hand painted early crest. Unfortunately, having finished, a very small fly landed in on the varnish which was tacky. It could walk for a short while, leaving tiny fly footprints in the varnish, before sadly running out of energy or the varnish dried enough. The team and I stood absolutely flabbergasted at the audacity of this blooming fly!! Nothing to be done that night but his body was carefully extracted in the morning. There might well have been a leg or two remaining……..🤷🏻♂️ Still, it looked awesome ‘Ex-works’ and still remains a raging bull!! #postit
