Well after a week or so of moving boxes and rebuilding the base board I'm finally ready to start building again, just need to get mains power up there instead of an extention lead, size is slightly bigger than the key out in thr garage, left side is 13.5ft, across the back is around 8ft, right side is just over 8ft
