Hi all, I'm Nik (North West England) and my interest in model railways was rekindled last year when I was looking for something to occupy my time and mind (apart from growing veg) as I speed towards early retirement. I have started to collect items to build from SMS - I also treated myself to a new weathered Heljan Class 25 in green, bought a few bits from auction inc. an ancient Hornby Class 58 that's having surgery to make it run better and a repaint. I am planning on a small DCC controlled 'diesel heritage' style terminus in 00, as space is a premium and I want to run what I like.
