Advice please 🙏 As I mentioned before my 3 way point needed to be replaced. This I have started and set it up the same as the faulty one. The strange thing is it works fine straight ahead and taking the left junction, but switch to the right exit and when the loco reaches the frog it shorts out. I have added the short pieces of wire (same as the faulty one - see pic) Do I need to do this?? I do have 4 insulating joiners as per recommendation. I am using the orange peco point motors with switches and the were fine on the original. Working OK on the new one too, with a satisfactory clunk. If you have an idea what could be causing the loco to short out when taking the right junction it would help me. Apologies for the long explanation 😉 Hope you can help.
