A VERY HAPPY CHAP. How this forum can be of help in so many ways. As you may have seen a few days ago I was having an issue with a 3 way point that I had to replace. Wired it up exactly the same (so I thought) bur was getting a short circuit in one position. Was really pulling my hair out. Reckon I had to have made a simple mistake ( I had đ¤đ) Thanks to AndyG who was trying to help me (plus others too I must add) He found the problem. He Zoomed into the photo of my point and asked whether I had a plastic or a metal connector at one particular joint. As soon as I went to look at it, saw it was a metal one. đ¤đ¤ Instead of lifting the point to remove it, decided to cut through it with my rotary tool (am I glad I had bought one) Hey Presto problem solved. Now I can put the Paracetamol away. đđđ and get back to finishing installing it properly. A BIG thank you to this forum, Andy G for his suggestions and spotting my error. And of course the others who tried to assist me. Happy Modelling đđ
