I made a couple of these fuel storage tanks (based upon Buxton / Wigan Springs) several months ago and have another one to build. The main brick work being scratchbuilt from plasticard and tank fabricated from a pipe with caps fitted. The access ladder being 3D printed. I am now working on a new version with more parts being 3D printed.
