Trying a tenuous link here between brewery steam engines and other transport……Everards bridge brewery was in a position off the old Trent Bridge where it could not get a connection to any of the towns railways and they had a phase between 1915 and 1925 with Steam Lorry’s, here’s one being loaded/ unloaded at their brewery. They were a small brewer in the town compared to the likes of Bass and Allsopps.
