I am absolutely knackered! I have been digging all day to accommodate the Knutsford ROC base. Have you any idea how much soil is in a 60 ft hole!? But at last the base was dug and fitted out. The last thing was to site the blast resistant entrance complete with radio mast and EMP detection system. It was actually nowhere near the fuel dump in reality, but what the heck! This is my world - I'm in charge!! The brick structure in the middle distance is the valve block where the fuel was transferred from the rail tankers into the deep storage tanks. The concrete roof is covered in weeds and something has taken root on the back wall. The slots in the base of the side walls are where the distribution pipes will go. BTW, there isn't any soil in a 60 ft hole! I Knew that!!)
