As it happened, Hops took it upon himself to supervise the process from the mixing to the bottling. Now, once beer is bottled, it can be shared, and if it’s going to be shared it needs a name and a proper label…. Given his watchful eye over the proceedings, we decided that ‘Hops’ Choice’ was to be the name of our little home-brewery adventures and Hops has presided over every kit since.
