So the large concrete area to me is the biggest challenge on the layout! When the layout was purchased, this area was intended to be a virtual quarry. Although this part of the layout is fictional, I’m struggling to see this looking right alongside the depot. So… Options… 1. I’m debating keeping it as a virtual Quarry. 2. Loco Maintenance Services Are based around the corner from Gresty Bridge.. Do I model a stock servicing point? 3. With Basford Hall around the corner.. do I have a freight liner shed? Thoughts?
