Over the pond now to join RCGrabag & his very huge layout, which is a work in progress. In this video, a newly installed viaduct calls for a series of crossover pointwork (or switches as they are known over in the states). Installing pointwork with point motors on a bridge or viaduct can be tricky to do, plus maintenance can be rather awkward for access to the point motors. However, RCGrabag shows one method for operating the points with the point motors positioned off the bridge for easy access.
