A view of my most recent scratch built building - the 'Brunel Arms' in the corner of my OO finescale layout 'Aston Cote'. I use artists mounting board for the structure and the thatch is produced using the Pendon method with plumbers hemp. Note the Scale Model Scenery fences (brilliant product) and the pub also contains the SMS large tables and chairs in the bar area - a shame the company don't offer more interior detail products as this would save a lot of hassle!!
