Track underlay. Hello all. This is what I am using for track underlay. I roll some out on a table and then glue the track to it using water proof wood glue. When it’s dry I just cut around it with a scalpel. Next I glue and pin the track to the baseboard. It really cuts down the noise and is far better and quieter than using cork track underlay.
