Morning all! Some big #weekendplans from me, I'm starting my new model railway! Baseboards are being delivered tomorrow at 8am! Can't wait 😁 As for track plan, I've decided I'm going to be doing a variation of Deerness near Durham! From what I've gathered so far, Deerness (or Dearness) Valley Junction is a ECML diversion route between Bishop's Auckland and Durham. Hopefully I'll be able to fit most of this without compromise on my 15x2ft Baseboards in OO Gauge. I'll be adding a small station on one end though so I can use my smart looking NER station buildings and Footbridge! As you can tell, I'm really looking forward to this build! I'll be covering it all on my Youtube channel and of course on here 😁
