#weekendmodelling Another busy 1:1 scale (re) modelling this weekend so no plans for the layout, and busy with work today so no time for any detailed research in today’s local brewery scene post ……. Just a few photos of activities in the various maltings complexes around the town back in the day. The last one is not local and shows the loose loading of an internal use only wagon….elf & safety wasn’t a big issue back then. Later note……in my haste, I posted an image inside the signal box that is from the box’s preserved position in Bill McAlpines private railway, it was removed from its original position at the entrance to the Maltings complex and rebuilt in Sir Bill’s railway in Henley on Thames, I added a picture of the box in its original position in the comments……(I like to get the details correct😬)
