The office has been part built and temp fitted in place, and a random number of the bricks have been painted in various colours to give it some relief. I am wondering about not fitting the glazing, may not be needed. I also cannot work out what colour the bar over the door should be. I doubt it’s steel, probably not concrete. Research only shows B&W pictures. Lighting soon so the dreaded soldering iron is coming out too. I am looking at ways to do the mortar and to ensure the brick is as best as I can get it. I normally add the mortar at this stage but with all the different edges, depressions and shapes I am worried that this will be messy. It’s feeling like slow progress atm. I also accidentally posted this in club chat first.
