I bought several Surface mounted points with DCC circuit boards from Rails of Sheffield. The first 3 were fitted and worked fine. The next 6 failed to operate the points, yet they were wired the same as the first three. I contacted Rails who requested me to send the circuit boards to them, this done I heard nothing, on contacting them they asked if I would give permission for my details to be sent to DCC Concepts, the makers of the units. This I agreed. Again nothing, I contacted DCC Concepts to ask if they supplies the circuit boards on there own. No was the short answer. I was wondering if anyone has heard of a firm that could repair the circuit boards. Many thanks.
