No trains running at Owley on Christmas Day, so at lunchtime some of the railway workers are meeting at 'The Swan'. It seems the local brew is having an effect as most of the guys need something to lean on !!! Poor old Alf Burniston is getting some 'earhole' from wife Edna as he is already half hour late for his Christmas dinner!!
