I have now progressed the four sets of warehouse cutouts to the completed stage. Decided upon detailing with downpipes and thought on how to save cash. Used some available 2mm plastic rod cut to the length required and detailed with a little plastic tube at one end. The pipe joints were created using Frog Tape cut 2mm thick and wound around the rod at 24mm distances. The mount was little mount board, then sprayed and fitted as shown. I believe it gives a cost effective illusion on the finished building? Will complete with external lighting and TV ariels / Satellite Dishes to create the impression of residential conversions.
