Haven't done anything with my two little projects for ages, partly because I haven't been entirely happy with my track plan for the MSLR inspired light railway layout. The scenic baseboard is only 1.3m long which looked cluttered with too many points. Had a light bulb moment yeterday and came up with a solution! Remove the access from the main running line to the engine shed (which can still be accessed from the fiddle yard). This will leave just 3 points, a big visual improvement with no loss of operating potential.
