Norm, from Geordieland, modelling 00 mid-80's "banger blue" in the North East. The 007 in my username is meaningless, it's just a habit as "Norm" is usually always taken. Maybe I just prefer to be shaken not stirred! I have a layout purchased a few years back that's a small station and wagon repair depot, it's undergoing renovation as when I got it home it didn't quite fit it's new home! That got paused while I knocked up a 7' x 4' "Thomas" layout for my son. This has all track laid and it just needs all the droppers connected up, point motors fitted and wiring tested prior to commencing scenics. I'm the classic have bought loads of stock but have never actually built a finished layout! Hopefully that will change with Operation Shunt It.
