Sorry for the double post, but I posted in Members Gallery by mistake… Anyway #take2 Evening folks! Quick update on #marshallsparcels. Track work is completed, droppers soldered for the 5 sections. I’ve cut and re spaced the sleepers on Peco Code 100 Flexible Track. Pinned and glued with a PVA wash. Wiring almost complete. I’ve wired to allow the layout to be operated in either analog or digital. I can’t decide which I prefer, as both have their advantages. The layout is split into 5 sections. In digital, all are powered, in analog the double slip is powered and the point motors feed into the other sections dependant on the point setting. Well, that’s the plan! Next job is to wire in the control panel for the DCC Concept Cobalt iP point motors. That will let me test the analog control. I’ve tested the digital control and that works! After that, weathering the rails, ballasting, creating the back scene, creating the foreground, wiring the lighting, keeping my relationship going…… 😳😳😳 Have a good weekend folks.Due to other commitments (my partner) I don’t think I’ll get much done this weekend, so happy modelling to you all.
