Alongside my home based unnamed pres layout I also have this little exhibition layout that’s making steady progress. This is Cregwir, a small branch line terminus situated at the north end of the Island of Sodor. Something little different from the regular layouts, this is a Thomas semi serious layout. You usually get play with Thomas layouts but you don’t ever really see Thomas layouts that are meant to be set somewhere or sometime, so this will be one of those. The photos attached are old shots from a year ago, the layout is with @deletedmember currently who’s been assisting me with the wiring and making a decent fiddle yard for it. The scenery has progressed a little since these photos were taken and hopefully will see a few more improvements before detailing is added. Photos below show how it started and some of the progress made on it. I’ve got to get it done…I have a deadline in April for the Statfold Barn show 😬 It became a nice photo plank for a bit for new arrivals in the collection, hence the mostly non Thomas photos 😅
