While Dean Goods No.2327 waits for water, driver Cecil Rowbotham bends the ear of union rep Fred Puddyfoot to see if he can wangle him some more overtime. Mrs Rowbotham, is in a 'delicate' condition and they will soon have another mouth to feed !!! Cecil doesn't argue with Mrs Rowbotham !!!
