Hiring is underway and the new recruits are trying out their uniforms and new roles. We have 'back of house' staff to deal with the incoming and outgoing goods and 'front of house' staff to give the full Hops' Choice experience to the punters who come on the Brewery Tours. Hops has just heard that the official opening day is March 25th so he hopes that staff training will be complete by then. Looking at some of this lot he's not so sure....
