#SL&M Servo uncoupler - part 1. Materials: Thin card Spring wire ( I've used a guitar string) Superglue 1. Cut a piece of suitable card/laser card to a suitable size. It needs to fit between the chairs, be long enough for two couplings and be thin enough to not foul the rolling stock. I'm also going to experiment later with some LX252 Planking. 2. Carve a groove under the plate for the spring wire. 3 Bend the spring wire to shape. The distance between the legs needs to be enough to span two of your track sleepers. 4. Glue the spring wire to the plate, making sure the legs are vertical. 5 Drill two small holes in the track bed, remembering to position the uncoupler so the stationary wagons are clear of any adjacent track.
