Hello everyone. Today I’m laying pavement for the bridge I posted about a few days ago. Laying down pavement can be so time consuming. I though, have worked out a simpler way of laying pavement and kick myself for not thinking of it earlier. I take an A4 pice of paper. Then I measure how long a pavement I need and make a pencil mark on the edge of the paper. Using some PVA glue applied with a brush I make a line of glue down the edge of the paper. After doing this I then start laying Metcalffe pavement slabs along the edge of the paper until I have reached the mark I made. After letting it all dry for about 1/2 an hour I cut out the pavement with a scalpel and brush some glue on the undesired of the pavement. All that needs to be done then is the place the pavement into position on the layout.
