Thoughts, observations, criticism please. Now that the ballasting is almost done, I'm looking to what goes between it and the general greenery. Traditionally it was a cinder roadbed so thsts what im aiming for i think, but nowadays s its geotex and lord knows what. I tried fine ash from the logburner. Bearing in mind it will have a thin dark wash..... It should be darker and finer than ballast.
