An idea for backscenes. I'll be getting a couple from Gaugemaster, at Model Rail Scotland, but what about where I have roads, how do you deal with continuing the street? Well, was looking at a layout based on Shrewsbury, on Youtube, called "Shrewford", and what he's done, is where a road goes towards the backscene, he's used street images from Google Streetview, to make it look like the road going on. So, I'll probably do that as well, print three bits onto card, glue them onto SMS 1mm greyboard, and place in position, before installing them on top of the gaugemaster backscenes. I'll try to shape them, i.e. cut the shapes of the buildings, so we can still see the scenery of the backscene in the background. Have a look at Shrewford and you'll see what I mean.
