A few more photos of the Bogie Bolster E and Conflat L whatif wagon that I started the other weekend. Surprisingly, once the side pieces of the original Triang moldings have been cut off the two base plates almost fit inside the BoBol E body frames. Redundant holes are filled in with plastic filler on the Triang base plates and joined together with a thin sliver of plastic section. A little filing at each end allows the now one-piece base plate to fit snuggly into the BoBol E body. A coat of Tamiya brown and grey for the containers will be the next stage.
