Morning all. Not many layout updates from me recently, been busy starting my modernisation plans. Work is progressing slowly starting at the eastern end where I have ripped out my original 'naff' sidings. Replaced now with the starts of a new modern Train Care Depot for passenger stock overlooked by a 'Toton' style spotters embankment. The embankment was created by stacking and gluing old packaging foam blocks then once dry carving the slope using an old knife. I then smeared it all with decorators caulk to give it texture. Still lots to do (including plenty of SMS details to add) but thought an update from me was well overdue. 😀
