#weekendmodelling #postit #couplings This weekends main job has been starting to fashion some homemade coupling links. Using 0.5mm brass wire, they have been wrapped round a former and then added to wagons. I tried using 0.6mm wire but it looked too thick. This way is a lot more labour intensive than buying the premade ones but works out a lot cheaper. So far I've got around 10 out of the 20 odd wagons I have, and I have a set put to one side for my pre-ordered Rapido GPV which will hopefully be with me in the next day or two
