#modular_monday Just returning from two happy hours off in the workshop on a during-week evening, I will keep this week's post brief. My Focus currently is on ballasting tracks. Nothing specific to modules if you accept that the ballast drains away at both ends more easily ... Yet I found a good formula by mixing acrylic glue (Amsterdam matt 80) instead of wood glue with water and washing fluid by 50:50. This method was inspired by Peter Holzner from the Swiss N Gauge Society (SNS). More about him at www.pamob.ch. Additionally spraying the area with isopropyl alcohol either pure or 50:50 with water enhances the drain further. This is a tipp from Peter LL from www.superiormodelrailroads.com. So again all is about good practice shared!
