Never ending track cleaning… If your layout is in the garage, and you live on a main road, you find yourself doing this LOTS! I’ve not found any ‘magic bullet’ that makes this job easy or less frequent, but I did invest in a Sharge track cleaner a while back. There was much experimentation with different cleaning solutions, with varying success. But I think I’ve found what works pretty well for my layout. I have a routine that means it’s less tedious and more effective than my previous efforts, at least!
