HMS Hermes and GR3 Harrier during the Falklands War. Just trying different bases and backdrops before I commit to Hermes' deck.  Obviously much work to do with weathering/tyre marks/spilled fluid marks, but I will go with this one.  The backdrop will be reduced in height and tie downs will be sunk into the deck.  Still much work to do on the GR3, but good weather has resulted in a long 'to do' list from management! I managed to get the Skunkworks kit for 1/48 RN deck tugs too, and so one of those will be included. Chains and wheel chocks have also been sourced for the tie down of both aircraft and tug. The show is in late 2022 and so I have a full winter ahead later to catch up!
