Turning my attention to the first of the 124 window frames. I use the Sticky Label Technique which involves printing the frame outlines onto cheapo sticky labels and then cutting out the holes after sticking to old birthday cake packaging. After some experimentation I’ve found that leaving a frame of 0.75mm around each edge of the window opening works about right. I’m amazed at how fine you can go with just a ruler and a scalpel. The vertical parts of these frames are just 0.25mm wide!
