So yesterday I decided to touch up a bit of paint on a carriage and while deciding which brush to use, as you do, chose one but the hairs were a bit splayed and unkempt. So I did what I normally do and gave the brush a quick stroke on my tongue to bring the brush hairs to a fine point. However, I then realised why the brush was looking unkempt - a tiny moth has decided to pass away perched on the brush. Next time I am choosing a brush I will be using water to put a point on them and also will be wearing my close up glasses. here is a gratuitous photo of the coach I was touching up. Not happy with the lining on this yet - didn't go as well as hoped.
