Hi all I've asked this before but still not sorted. I have the latest Rail-master software on my windows 10 laptop and I am trying to activate it with my bought product key. And keep getting (Unable to enter resource 12029) I have done the run as administrator, turn off AV, Firewall, checked it is not set to read only, gone through all the guidance with the software, been on every forum, watch every YouTube video about it. Contacted Hornby who said I have to contact Rail-master which I have and they only reply with the same reply as they do every time I contact them. They say they would do remotely for me but when I ask them they send the same reply every time. So if anyone has any ideas or something I have missed please let me know thank you.
