As, for some reason, my scenic "technique" seems to spark interest, I thought I'd share the process of covering the "nice" side of the piggery wall. Sorry no blow by blow photos... Ive only just thought of doing this! After painting the area green, a layer of static grass (hereinafter refferred to as SG) was put down. This was indeterminate stuff from my recovery pot, and is therefore stuff hooveredup after previous grassing sessions elsewhere. A bit of homemade forest litter was also thrown on. (leaves and gardeny bits put through the blender). Once that lot was dry, 3:1 mix pva was squirted in random areas, and a mix of 12 and 7 mm straw, and 10mm dead SG was put down. Then 5mm spring green and 2mm dead SG wafted around a bit. A decent amount of WWS burnt coarse and olive coarse scatter was chucked on, a few bits of some random Javis stuff I had lying around, and a couple of pinches of yellow and white "flower" flock. The whole shebang was squirted with water IPA mix, then more 3:1 PVa. As a last hurrah, or final insult depending on your point of view, some fairly lurid Hornby sawdusty stuff was sparingly added to "pop" a bit, it makes it look like light catching it or something, and some dust from the Hoover to do the opposite elsewhere. Here endeth the first lesson. As I'm working tomorrow and Saturday, I'll hopefully not have time to prod or mess with it and we'll all see what disaster unfolds on Sunday!!!! Be seeing you!๐
