There’s been a busy few days at Brockholme HQ with 3 bits going on at the moment. Discussions are still going on with the magnificent Steve at Neville Grove about the design of Brockholme 2. The things I’d like to have on the new layout and the things I’m happy to sacrifice. It makes for an interesting thought project about what makes me happy with modelling. Watch this space! The boards were ordered from SMS for the new side project - Belgrade Street. It will still be in the Brockholme Universe (think MARVEL but more like the milk powder than superheroes) so expect to see 37’s, 47’s and the usual mix of locos, but this layout will be a single entry with fiddle yard, running to a terminus at the other end. It will focus on a parcels depot and stabling point, giving chance to shunt stock that that then gets collected by an 86 or 87 possibly?? 😉 Project 3/4/5 is a range of jobs with @cairnsroadworks (insta handle) that I’ll keep as a surprise for now! And finally, I’d started this WW2 German cargo truck ages ago and somehow, it got popped back in the box with the cab and chassis done but not attached to each other. It’s just been nice to do something a bit different. So, lots to come. Expect a lot more posts in the coming weeks as progress kicks in on several fronts. Enjoy the rest of your evening! Ian
