I just wanted to post a little update about the first batch of books that went on to eBay last week. Those that bought books, thank you. The total for the first sale was just over £300 which is partially being donated to the fundraising efforts of a young friend of the family. She is raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust at Blackpool hospital as she’s currently suffering from bone cancer in the knee. I know that this money can help make a little difference to the lives of the patients during their time in hospital having chemo and radiotherapy. The next lot of books will go on to eBay from Sunday evening and hopefully, there will be various books to tempt you to spend a couple of pounds. Thank you again.
