Safe to say today wasn't as successful as I'd hoped it would be. The Austerity has been fighting me all day, from dodgy pickups giving extremely temperamental running, to invisible wiring faults meaning the lighting and stay alive stopped working for no apparent reason. It will now be put to the very back of the cupboard until I can be bothered to deal with it again, or the Highlevel gearbox is available/I decide to use it as target practice, whichever comes first!
