Track work done (although need to secure). The area's a mess, but will be tidied up eventually. There's a SMS manhole that's partially buried by the new points, but that will have to be sacrificed to the model gods. Somehow I managed to do a really thorough job of gluing all that original section down, and it was too much to dig up. Now I 'just' need to do point motors and the DCC Concepts accessory decoder hook up. Nothing can go wrong! Also - I dug a chunk out of my thumb. Remember kids: always cut AWAY from your body!
