Hi all. I have not been around for a month now according to the time line, a couple of reasons, 1 the van saga which was finally concluded this week, not to my satisfaction however. Another is work, isn’t it always. Its been so busy wit recent changes to the law for rental properties that I have been flat out and also family issues has kept me away from the modelling so that I lost all interest. But I am now making a conscious effort to start up again and actually do something I enjoy and not just work but it s proving a struggle so I hope that all you guys and girls will help get the enthusiasm flowing again. I have started by putting up the recently purchased totem and BR plaque I bought for myself as a Christmas present and I think they look fairly good and I have also moved around some of the photos I have on the walls. I have added some more people and luggage around the platforms which help to add interest and I am planning to add some lighting as well but that’s for another day. There are now cyclists enjoying the day out and stopped for some refreshment near the park area. Lastly for now, the Heritage Engineering Company have finally managed to get there sign installed after months of issues with manufacturing and then crane hire. But as soon as it was installed, one of the letters came loose so the MD is far from happy ☹ The original colour I though would work was gold with a reddish / brown lettering but when it was fitted it looked like it belonged in the main station at Mumbai or New Delhi and not UK, so I have changed it to Black with white lettering, all together far better I think. As I mentioned, I am hoping that being back on the site and getting little bits done will give me the kick up the rear that I need, so fingers crossed it will not be another month before I post again.
