#weekendmodelling So here is my weekend modelling work so far. Constructed the hillside, but looking more like a rock face, using polystyrene. I purchased a hot wire tool, what a good investment, nice and clean, only downside is the smell from cutting. Covered it all in modroc and am pretty impressed with how it’s turned out. A bit more filling here and there, but in all happy with my 1st attempt. The tunnel mouth has taken a bit of a battering, from applying the modroc ( water damage ) Maybe should have sprayed with some Matt lacquer before.
