I far prefer the relief that a laser cut brick building gives, especially at the front of a diorama. Many of the cheap and quick companies don’t deal nicely with corners though. The simplest way I have come across to deal with this (from a construction point of view anyway) is the supply of an oversized overlay. The end walls are simple and not cut with relief and go inside the side walls. The (very thin) overlay is then glued on the end and sanded back (from the direction of the engraved side so the veneer doesn’t break away). The veneer is very thin. As a bit of feedback, some very thin veneer sheets would be good so that cheap models can be “fixed” in the corners. Happy to explain more!
