Plenty still to do on the micro layout itself, but I thought I’d have a go at painting the backdrop. I didn’t want a photo backdrop or anything that would distract from the scene itself, so I drew inspiration from the sky outside this morning and got out the big tubes of acrylics and a palette knife.
