Having listened to the comments made about the signage on the station telephone box, I have changed a few settings and dimensions for the project. Using the font size of 5, I then increase the letter spacing by 10%. Once done, I save the page as a pdf. Printer settings are: Black and White (not draft) then I adjust the print scale to 80% and make sure the ‘best’ print setting is used. When printed the dimensions of the word are: L 8.45mm X H 1.13mm. That allows for careful boarder cutting to give a small white edge which then fits the recess of the telephone box.
